According to the divorce documents filed by Usher on last Friday, him and wife Tameka Foster Raymond have not been together since since July of last year.
“The marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken,” read the documents, filed in Georgia's Fulton County Superior Court. “There is no reasonable hope of reconciliation.”
The documents also state that Usher wants a copy of every docuement his wife kept during the marriage including tax files, paycheck stubs, bank account information, and other financial records plus insurance policies, real estate rental agreements, medical records, automobile registrations, AND copies of any notes, cards, letters, photographs, film, documents, tapes, voice recordings, gifts, jewelry, clothes, evidence that reflects on Ushers's conduct during their marriage; any detective reports, photos, recordings, surveillence and investigation that Tameka may have on her husband to find out if he was cheating. Usher also wants copies of diaries and personal notes.
The singer has also asked for joint legal and physical custody of their two children.
